Nurture & Prepare

Whether you are pregnant for the first time or have given birth before, this package is to support you emotionally and physically through pregnancy and birth. It will guide you to unleash the strength you already hold that will take you through the incredible transformation from maiden to mother (or mother again 🙂)

    • A minimum of 3 Antenatal sessions - 2 hours each - these are tailored to your individual  needs and desires and will include -

    • Preparation for your birth so you feel nourished both physically mentally and spiritually. We will look at all of your options so you can make decisions based on evidence and current research.

    • Breathwork, movement and visualization exercises - addressing fears and concerns as they arise

    • OMP -Optimal Maternal positioning techniques Body Ready Method protocols

    • Birth Mapping - understanding informed consent

    • Over the phone support (calls/texts) throughout 

    • Post partum preparation

    • On call for your birth from 38 weeks - I will be by your side when its go time! 

    • Full support for both you and your partner during the birth

    • 1 postnatal session (within the first 2-3 weeks) - we will debrief your birth and I will help you settle into newborn life

Complete Care

This is for any mama that would like Full continuity of care throughout pregnancy birth and early postpartum. Your transition into Matrescence will be nourished and held by me through pregnancy, birth and up to 6 weeks postpartum.

Includes the same birth preparation and on call support as the Nurture and Prepare package (a min of 3 Antenatal sessions and birth) along with the below -

    • 6 Postpartum visits 2-3 hours - roughly 1x per week for the first 6 weeks post birth - or 2 x per week for the first 3. This can of course be adjusted to suit you. 

    • Guidance on gentle stretches and movements you can incorporate in those early days

    • I will support you with life with a newborn providing yummy meals, light housework, guidance on feeding, sleep and settling your baby

    • Help in regulating your nervous system with Yoga nidra and breathwork - these will be tools you can use throughout motherhood 

    • If you need further specialised support in any area such as breastfeeding, mental wellness, bodywork for you or bub (osteopathy/Chiro etc) I can refer and recommend these to you
